Portable Installation Instructions
- When installing PORTABLE AGITATOR, insert an object (wood + buffer) in between the clamp as shown below, fasten the CLAMP BOLT, and adjust the body of agitator to the right angle to fix it in place.
- When installing STATIONARY AGITATOR, set the body completely pushed against the BASE PLATE. The shaft may be bent if the BASE PLATE vibrates, so the foundation should be stable.
- Check that IMPELLER and SHAFT do not shake. (If the length of shaft is longer than the required length, use a bearing or metal box at the right.)
Maintenance
The most frequently found defect with the agitator is the noise caused by worn motor bearing. In this case, replace with the bearing in MOTOR's NAME PLATE. Sudden noise means that is lacks lubricant or has a problem, so the lubricator should be refilled or the unit should be disassembled.

- Model name, serial number, manufacturing date on the attached nameplate.
- Parching route.
- Part name (if special part is in trouble)
- Any other detailed information about mixer. (capacity of tank and amount of load, act.)
